We accept full responsibility for our customers cargo while it is in the possession of our company or under our direct control; however, our responsibility is limited by the following:
When cargo is in direct dependence of our company or depot.
While cargo is transported by our trucks between depots.
Most container depots, railways and terminals are fully insured and will cover your cargo should any of the following occur:

We do not bear responsibility for container or cargo damages occurring in customs, ports or transportation by railroads or sea.
Any claims, resulting from damage caused by railway, shipper lines or ports should be sent directly to organization where the damage has occurred. We would like to inform you that usually shipping lines have insurance with maximum indemnity of 500 USD per container. Therefore, it is our recommendation to obtain additional insurance for your cargo. At your request, we can provide additional cargo insurance for cost recovery. The cost of additional insurance is 1.2% of the total dollar amount on your invoice, which includes but is not limited to transportation costs and other charges.
